Senator Bishop, Chair, moved and asked unanimous consent for the adoption of the Community and Regional Affairs Senate Committee Substitute offered on page 2911. Senator Gardner objected, then withdrew her objection. There being no further objection, SENATE CS FOR CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 374(CRA) was adopted. Senator Micciche moved and asked unanimous consent the bill be considered engrossed, advanced to third reading and placed on final passage. Without objection, it was so ordered.
